Terça-feira, 27 de fevereiro de 2018. Ficou para trás, o foco passou a ser esta Zurich Maratón de Sevilla. Aliás, mesmo só sobrando 9 semanas de trabalho, o foco passou a ser o PR à maratona. Foram 9 semanas com muita disciplina e com um surpreendentemente agra- dável regresso às séries. But for now enjoy this beautiful piece of India, a country very dear to my heart. Today the joint pain is back to where it was before the race and the muscles feel fine.

Running to a purpose

Follow me as I train to race at the 2012 Anthem Richmond Marathon. Scroll to the end of this post for the shorts. This is my favorite race, put on by my favorite LRS. I did a 10 day taper. I abstained from alcohol the last week; except for Saturday. The taper was only supposed to be 7 days, but, life happens. I was able to muster some composure.
